Are you turning 65 or have questions about Medicare? Do you know a friend or family member turning 65 or that has questions about Medicare? Attend a Medicare 101 Meeting and bring a guest! Helping to choose the right health plan is our priority. Be informed so you can make the best decision for your healthcare needs and your bottomline. All seniors eligible for Medicare or who are nearing their 65th birthday are invited to attend an informative session designed to answer questions and help you make the most of your Medicare. Transportation at No Cost
We provide transportation services to members enrolled in a Medicare Advantage health plan, at no cost! Transportation is provided to and from medical appointments with contracted physicians and for ancillary services. Tranportation benefits begin once member has exhausted all transportation rides provided by the health plan first, or when transportation services are not available through the health plan. Transportation requests require at least a 48 hour prior notice. Wheelchair van access is also available.

Monthly Health Education Events
Attend our monthly health education events to learn more information on prevention strategies that can delay the onset of chronic diseases. A health educator provides expert healthcare knowledge on specific topics aligned with the National Awareness Campaign monthly. These events are at no cost to our members.
