Senior Advocacy
Our Member Service Department has a Senior Advocate Program to help you and answer any questions you may have. If you have a question regarding our medical groups or if you have received a bill and you are not sure what to do, call a Senior Advocate. We are here to help!

Advance Directive
The advance health care directive, also known as living will, personal directive, advance directive, or advance decision, is a legal document that allows a person to specify what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illness.
Like advanced directives, this document makes your wishes known ahead of time. It is unique however, because it addresses a person's medical, personal, emotional, and spiritual needs.
